Shipping policy

Delivery across the UAE.

All orders are dispatched from Saturday through Thursday and can be expected to be received within 3-5 days.

*We're unable to deliver to some restricted areas like those under customs regulations including Dubai Airport Free Zone and SAIF Zone.

Shipping across UAE

FREE SHIPPING

Shipping within the UAE is free for orders over AED 250 regardless of weight.

Shipping to Oman, Bahrain, Qatar & Saudi Arabia

We are working on it and will be able to ship products to the mentioned countries soon.

How will you know if your order has been dispatched?

We'll send you an email with a consignment tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. You can then track your order and check the status by entering the tracking number into the order tracker on our site.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at online@fissman.ae


MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We don't offer the shipment to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately online@fissman.ae


WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide a wrong address during checkout and your product is returned to us then you will responsible for all shipping costs for resending the product. online@fissman.ae


DELAYED

However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.


TRACKING AN ORDER

Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. (Link Order Tracker Påge- Track Here)


Parcels Damaged In Transit


If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps. online@fissman.ae
