Warranty and return

Warranty conditions

All the FISSMAN products purchased by a Customer in www.fissman.ae are guaranteed against any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase or delivery date.

If such a defect arises, to obtain warranty service and additional information the Consumer should contact www.fissman.ae and follow the instructions or advice given. The Consumer will be required to provide the original retail purchase receipt or any other valid proof documentation of purchase indicating the date of purchase, a reseller name, a model name or a product number.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damage resulting from use of the Product in other than its normal and customary manner;
  • Wear and tear of the Product due to the normal aging: any cosmetic damages such as scratches and dents on an interior or exterior surface, damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts, alteration of metal colour, stains etc. due to normal use;
  • Defects of the Product being used for commercial purposes if the Product is intended for domestic use only;
  • Damages incurred through improper transportation of the Product;
  • Improper testing, handling, maintenance, installation of the Product;
  • Defects due to any disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications of the Product carried out by anyone who is not authorized by FISSMAN

In event a defect arises and a return authorization request is received by www.fissman.ae within the applicable warranty period, the Customer has an option to the extent permitted by law:

  1. to repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts;
  2. to replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product;
  3. to get money back for the damaged Product.

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But if things don’t go to plan and you’re unsatisfied with Products you purchased, you can return your item(s) as follows.

  1. Items purchased in online store can be returned within 14 days of the original date of purchase.
  2. Please submit a request for a return to FISSMAN at address in our contacts
  3. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 14 days of the date of purchase or delivery.

Return of funds

  1. After FISSMAN approves and confirms the return of the item, FISSMAN will return the amount of the purchase. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  2. The customer should contact us and follow the instructions or advice given. The Consumer will be required to provide the original retail purchase receipt or any other valid proof documentation of purchase indicating the date of purchase, a reseller name, a model name or a product number.
  3. The Customer will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs for returning an item.
  4. The Consumer will be required to provide the original retail purchase receipt or any other valid proof documentation of purchase indicating the date of purchase, a reseller name, a model name or a product number.
  5. Any product you return must be in the same new or unused condition, you received it and in the original packaging, with all original product inserts and accessories. <br>
