The strong, wide, rectangular blade is crafted from high-carbon AUS-8 Japanese steel, cold-hardened using Korudo technology to ensure optimal corrosion resistance and durability. With a hardness rating of 58 HRC on the Rockwell scale, it holds its edge perfectly for high-performance cutting tasks. Manually sharpened on a 6000-grit whetstone, the cleaver boasts a sharp edge with a cutting angle of 15-17 degrees per side for precise and effortless chopping.
